|Recommended: YesJust Moved in — The staff here is great. The apartment is really nice, with tons of space in the bathrooms and closets. Desiree really helped make it a smooth transition. The AC is really cold and I love the ceiling fans in every room.

After searching Springfield locations for several months one day I found TLC Monarch on Sunset. I am safe, secure and pampered by the Staff, Maintenance and even IT. LIVING IN THE MONARCH IS ALMOST LIKE LIVING IN SANCTUARY. You should come and experience living in this Community . KW

|Recommended: YesWe were having a problem with our internet connection. A nice young man named Kelby, from your IT department happened to be in the lobby. The office sent him up to our unit to check the problem. He found the cause very quickly. He didn't have the part with him. He said he would return in about an hour. He did exactly what he said he was going to do.He returned with the part and with in very short period of time we were up and running. The TV has never been so fast to load.
Kelby deserves a GOLD star. What a great attitude he has and gives excellent service. We are so happy to call the Monarch our home.. Again, Thank you Kelby....
