|Recommended: YesNice Place to stay in Springfield MO — If you are coming to Springfield MO, one of the best place to stay short or long term is Monarch TLC Properties. Property is very clean and spacious, next to walking trail and shopping. Specially manager staff Nakia is very helpful and welcoming. Approval process is very simple.

You can tell they genuinely care about their residents — every question I had was answered quickly and kindly, and move-in was completely seamless. It’s rare to feel this supported when finding a new home, but they really go the extra mile. I’m so grateful to be here

|Recommended: YesI just want to start by saying we are very happy and pleased about the improvements that we have seen since Cameran has come on board. There have been so many updates, including a janitor, clean carpets and windows, roof repair above the office in the lobby, but the thing we like the most is Cameran attitude and personality. She is so friendly with everyone. Cameran is an employee you look forward to seeing. She also bakes great treats on Fridays. We have lived here for the past 16 months. We have seen several property managers come and go. Please allow Cameran to retain her position here for al long as she likes. We are so pleased that we will be renewing our lease for another year. |Recommended: YesLoving it — We are new to the community but we get treated like we've been here forever. We have only had one maintenance request since we moved in, and it was fixed in the first 24 hours of the request We don't have any issues finding parking as there is plenty of surface parking for us and even our guests if we have any. Great amenities - can't wait for it to warm up and play some pickleball There are activities all the time that can be signed up for, and a bus that will take you to them if you don't want to drive yourself Cam and crew do everything in they can to make sure everyone is treated like they're the only resident in the place. The sunny days are coming, and the pool will be opening so that's going to be great. Our little dog love the dog park. No buyer's remorse here - loving it

It's a awesome facility great place to live.
Lenora and Luke first managers. Then Desiree she was great manager she got a promotion.
Now we have Cameran she is doing a awesome job for one she is enforcing the rules we are all adults and there are rules to follow.
And we now have a monarch market Cameran has created which should be a good deal for us.
Last I've meet some nice people living here.
|Recommended: YesI've lived here since day 1 October 14th 2021 it's a great facility. Lenora and Luke were the first managers then Desiree and Caleb anyway Desiree ran the place for a year and a half she got a promotion moved on Desiree was great. Jack our Matinance guy awesome person.
Now Cameran new manager is doing a awesome job she is enforcing the rules for one we are all adults and rules need to be followed. and she has brought us the new monarch market which sounds like it's gonna be awesome. I believe Cameran is gonna be a great manager of this facility and I love calling this place home.
